rate.cd started in Kinshasa as a WhatsApp broadcast of bureau rates on Boulevard du 30 Juin. Today we aggregate 47 bureaus, 12 banks and Banque Centrale du Congo data to publish the most honest Franc reference.
We show official, bank and parallel rates side-by-side, with fees, so you never overpay on transfer, rent or supplier payment.
Collectors call and visit bureaus at 08:00, 12:00, 17:30 CAT. Outliers removed, median published. Full log kept for 5 years.

There are two: BCC official (~2812) and street parallel (~2845). For cash exchange, use parallel sell. For bank wires, use official + 1.5% fee.
